Distracted eating can easily lead to obesity

Eat while watching TV, keep your mobile phone in your hand when eating, beware that the more you eat, the fatter you get! Studies have pointed out that when eating with one mind and two purposes, it is easy to eat more calories and make people lose weight without knowing it. When eating, you should concentrate on chewing and swallow slowly, so as to avoid eating more and more, causing bloating, indigestion, or accidentally eating fine bones, which may cause gastrointestinal damage.

Studies have shown that doing anything distracted during meals increases calorie intake. The French study pointed out that eating while watching TV will eat 272 kcal more, and listening to radio dramas will eat more 293 kcal; the American study further compares eating and watching TV than listening to music, consuming an average of 255.5 kcal more. An Australian study analyzed the impact of different types of programs and found that watching tragedy has the greatest impact, causing people to eat more than 694 calories, 490 calories of comedies, and 359 calories of boring shows.

Eating more and less eating is also related to the dining environment; Swiss research pointed out that dim lighting will make people eat 123 kcal more; American research found that when eating a buffet, do not take away the empty plate after eating, and you can eat 53 kcal less on average. In addition, studies have found that the noisy, fast-paced music of fast-food restaurants can speed up the meal and eat 174 calories more.

Distraction while eating is not easy to cause the brain to produce satiety messages, making people think that they are not full and overeating, and they do not know which foods are eaten. Moreover, the food is gobbled up and eaten, which can easily lead to insufficient chewing, resulting in flatulence, Indigestion, or swallowing the belly without noticing the thin bones in the soup or rice, causing gastrointestinal damage.

"Concentrating on meals and chewing slowly is the basic principle of weight loss!" Many people only care about the amount of food and calories when losing weight, but do not improve their eating habits. Even if they lose weight, they can easily gain weight; or a few minutes on weekdays. Or just squeeze two mouthfuls to solve one meal, and you will be compensated during the holidays, and eating and drinking will comfort yourself. Over the long term, it will not only cause obesity, but also affect the overall metabolic operation.
